SPACES Egypt started with a simple frustration: finding the right administrative office in Cairo meant weeks of scattered listings, outdated photos and landlords who couldn't answer a basic question about the unit. We built the company we wished existed — one place that verifies every listing, understands the paperwork, and stays with you from the first call to the day you open the office door.
Today we work across New Cairo, Maadi and Sheikh Zayed, covering the full lifecycle of an administrative space: leasing it, selling it, finishing it and furnishing it — so a client never has to juggle four different contractors for one office.
